Return/ Complaint

A purchase may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It has to be wrapped in the original packaging and sent back using the provided return label.
Make sure to return the item together with its accompanying documents (delivery note).  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

In such a case, please contact our customer service via an e-mail, including your name, and address and a description of the defects. We will then advise you about the procedure to follow via e-mail.
